What can I bring to the event?-Chairs -Coolers -Sunscreen -Umbrellas -Wheel chocks -Drinks/Snacks -Pets on a leash -Fire extinguisher -10 X 10 tent (please wait until all vehicles next to you are parked before setting up)

What is not allowed at the event?-Grilling -Outside alcohol -Disruptive behavior -Unsafe/Illegal driving -Any kind of open flame -Burnouts (coming or leaving the events) Event staff reserve the right to ask you to leave should any rules or laws be violated.

Will there be food or drinks for purchase?There will be food and beverage options available for purchase.

Are there restrooms?Restrooms are available near both entrances of the car show event field (north and south and east). Restrooms are also available inside The National WWI Museum and Memorial.

Will there be vendors?Yes. We encourage you to visit our sponsor/vendor booths.

What are the event hours?The event opens to the public at 10 AM and ends at 3 PM. All car show participants will need to be on the field no later than 9 AM.

What is included in vehicle registration?Vehicle registration includes: One vehicle registration Two tickets to The Great Car Show Two tickets to the KC Auto Museum (Olathe) T-Shirt Dash Plaque

How do I register my vehicle for the car show?To register, click here.

How much is vehicle registration?Registration is $40 per vehicle.

Can I purchase more tickets with my vehicle registration?You can purchase additional tickets here.

I can't make it anymore, what are my options?If you can no longer attend the show, you can transfer your registration to another individual. Since this is a fundraising event for the Kansas City Automotive Museum, refunds will not be given. Please call us at 913-322-4227 to transfer your registration.

Is there car show check-in?There is no off site check in. Upon arrival you will be assisted by our event parking staff onto the field where you will park your vehicle the remainder of the event.

When does vehicle registration close?Registration will remain open until the maximum number of vehicles is reached (400 cars). At that time, vehicle registration will be marked as "sold out."

Is it ok to bring a different car than the one I registered?Your vehicle registration guarantees your spot on the field regardless of the vehicle you have registered. If you wish to transfer your registration to another individual, please call us at 913-322-4227.

Is there trailer parking?Trailer parking is available on the south end of the car show field. Event staff will assist you once you are on the car show field. Please do not leave your trailer outside of the designated area (see map). You may be fined or towed.

What time can car show participants leave?For the safety of the public, we ask that you stay until the event ends at 3:00 pm.

How big is my vehicle space?Registered vehicles get approximately a 11 ft x 20 ft space to park their vehicle.

Is there spectator parking?Parking is available on Kessler Rd, around the "U" shaped drive, and in the east parking lot (off Kessler Rd). Handicap parking is available in front of the Museum.
