Please print your temporary vehicle window tag here. This lets us know your vehicle is registered.

At car show entrances (see map), you will show your temporary vehicle tag, which will then be replaced with a special event window tag.

In light of the current guidelines outlined by state and local health officials, the Meadowbrook Car Show will be modified for your safety. Please read more here. 

This is a rain or shine event. All purchases are considered final and nonrefundable.

If you can no longer attend the event, you may still pick up your items at the KC Auto Museum in Olathe, KS.  

​

Car show entries are nontransferable unless previously arranged with KC Auto Museum staff.

You must arrive at the park between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM through one of the approved entrances (see map). You will need to present your temporary vehicle window tag, which will then be replaced with a special event window tag. 

Upon arrival you will be assisted by our event parking staff into your position for the day.  

​

If you plan to arrive with a trailer, you may be asked to arrive earlier. 

Please review the visitor map for car show location, restrooms, entertainment, etc.

Vehicles will begin to leave at 3 PM. We ask that all participants be near their vehicles, and ready to drive out by 2:45 PM.

Because of how your vehicle will be positioned, the park will tow any vehicles left unattended after the event ends.
