HOW TO GET YOUR CLUB OR GROUP CODE /
To get your code, please call the Kansas City Automotive Museum at 913-322-4227. Please designate one contact per club/group to coordinate with the Kansas City Automotive Museum.
PRICING /
Car clubs/groups will receive a $4 discount off vehicle registration. Your club must have a minimum of 10 registrants to receive this discount.

REGISTRATION PACKET /
Registrations purchased after July 10th MUST be picked up from the KC Auto Museum located at 15095 West 116th Street in Olathe, KS 66062 before
July 19th at 5pm.
IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR REGISTRATION FROM THE KC AUTO MUSEUM OR YOUR REGISTRATION HAS NOT ARRIVED, OUR STAFF AT THE STAGING AREA WILL HAVE YOUR REGISTRATION AND/OR CREDENTIALS TO ENTER THE FIELD.

RESERVATION DEADLINE /
We've added more registrations! Online registration closes on July 18th or when it sells out.
There is no day-of registration.
DAY-OF EVENT DETAILS /
New this year, clubs/groups will be responsible for their own arrival time. Clubs/groups must arrive at the event between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
We have reserved a lot near Crown Center in front of Your Classic Ride for clubs/groups to use as a meeting place before moving onto the event field (see map). The closest address to the staging area is 2711 Warwick Trfy, Kansas City, MO 64108. This area will be open between 5:45 AM and 8:45 AM.
Clubs/groups must arrive together when moving onto the event field. CLUBS/GROUPS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RESERVE SPACE FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE LATE. You must arrive together onto the event field if you wish to park together.
We will do our best to accommodate your club in the best possible location. All spaces are first come, first serve.
